Today I've visited the showroom for a Spare part to buy, Passion Pro windscreen it's very rare while I checked to other showrooms either they don't have the spare or out of stock. I've contacted the showroom and asked about the stock of the Spare they said they have the spare and good and kind response from the showroom person. While comparing of other hero showroom they won't even respond properly, especially Vishnu Motors near at Kasi theatre they don't even response to the call from a customer to check the availability of the stock. The sales person in the spare parts section said that he needs to saw the model for the clarity to check the correct model's spare. Spare parts costed ₹230 bucks. Good showroom with immediate response and good customer service.

The technical staff and the field staff are able to explain about the scooter motorcycle to the level of expectation of the customers. The locality of the dealership is good and they have very good parking space.
